1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Time Chancellor ("we," "our") website and the purchase of new and pre-owned luxury watches offered through it. By browsing or making a purchase on the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Pieces and availability

Every watch listed is a unique, physical piece. Availability shown on the site can change at any time without notice, including because a piece has already sold or is being reserved by another customer. Starting checkout on a piece temporarily reserves it in your name while payment is processed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and may include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by an external partner (Stripe); Time Chancellor does not store full credit card data.

4. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping and return terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Description of pieces

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, history, and characteristics of each watch, including its condition grade and, where applicable, authentication certificate. Photos shown on the product page are of the actual piece for sale.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, photography, visual identity — belongs to Time Chancellor or is used under license, and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Time Chancellor is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, except as provided under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with venue for resolving disputes at the consumer’s place of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page is always the current one.
