Frequently Asked Questions
Authenticity and curation
Every Time Chancellor piece is inspected by our curation team before entering the collection. Pre-owned watches display a condition grade and, when available, an authentication certificate that can be viewed directly on the product page.
How does the condition grade work?
We use a scale from N to C to describe the condition of each piece:
- N — New: never used.
- S — Like new: very light signs of use.
- A — Excellent: used, with no significant scratches.
- AB — Great: light marks from use.
- B — Good: visible scratches.
- BC — Fair: not in perfect condition.
Each piece’s grade, along with whether box, documents, and service history are included, is described on the product page under "Condition & Provenance."
I couldn't find the watch I'm looking for
Beyond the collection available on the site, we offer a personalized search service: tell the curators the brand, reference, and condition you’re looking for through the contact form or directly on WhatsApp, and we’ll locate the piece for you — no commitment required.
How does reservation and payment work?
Because each watch is a one-of-a-kind piece, starting checkout reserves it exclusively for you while payment is processed, preventing two people from buying the same watch. We accept payment by credit card via Stripe.
What is the shipping and return policy?
See the full details on our Shipping & Returns page. For any specific question, reach a curator directly on WhatsApp or by email.
Still have questions?
