Shipping

Every order ships fully insured, in discreet packaging, via a carrier specialized in high-value items. Delivery requires an adult signature on receipt.

In-stock pieces ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Pieces located through our personalized search service follow the timeline agreed with the curators at the time of the search, typically between 24 hours and 14 days, depending on the piece’s rarity.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes — a physical delivery address is required.

Returns and exchanges

You have up to 48 hours after receiving a piece to request a return, provided the watch is in the same condition it was shipped in, with box, documents, and all original items included.

To start a return, contact the curators on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. We’ll guide you through sending it back, which is also insured.

Once the returned piece has been inspected, the refund is processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Pieces located through our personalized search service carry a 10% fee on the piece’s value if returned. All other conditions follow the return rules above, starting from the date the piece is delivered to the customer.

Questions

Anything not covered here — a piece damaged in transit, a discrepancy from the description, or similar — should be reported to the curators within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
